SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES:

To guarantee the freshness of our cookies, we bake them the same day they are delivered/shipped. All gifts are sent with a personal greeting card message that you specify at the checkout area.

Customized/specialty gift boxes, trays, and orders are available upon request. We also sell to wholesalers, vendors, and restaurants. Please e-mail us at orders@hotcookie.com.

Cookie gift boxes will be delivered/shipped the day after your order is placed and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day, unless another date is specified. If there are special instructions for an order, please clearly specify these instructions the special instructions box or email us at orders@hotcookie.com. Please note that if you would like your order shipped on a later date, that the date shipped and the date received by recipient will vary depending on which USPS shipping service chosen.

Order Delivery/Shipping Cookie gift boxes will be delivered/shipped the day after your order is placed and confirmed. Orders placed after that as well as orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available, unless specified.

Shipping & Delivery For our local Santa Barbara residents, including Goleta, Montecito, Summerland, and Carpinteria, all orders are hand delivered with a smile. Deliveries are made between 12 noon and 5PM. There is a $5 delivery fee, please select "Santa Barbara Residents Only" in the pull down menu for shipping choices.

For orders outside Santa Barbara City, cookies are shipped via USPS.

Orders can be taking from anywhere in the world, for delivery in the US.

USPS Express Mail - next day deliver to many locations.

USPS Priority - delivery in an average of 2-3 days.
